Sara entertains with her multiple talents. It was clear from the first note that she owned the music magic, and the same can be said for her ability to write. 'Sounds Like Me' is a witty, insightful, honest, authentic, moving, touching and incredibly revealing memoir that speeds along and paints detailed picture after picture of her evolution. She's lovable and down to earth describing her body issues, heartbreaks, learning to trust her talent, navigating the industry trolls, and overcoming the same challenges you probably (will face) have faced scratching your way out of adolescence (which ends sometime in your 30's) and carving out your future. Anyone whose loved and lost, tried and failed, or was frightened to take risks, will appreciate how Sara navigates life's tricky curves. It's like you're having a heart warming, best friend confessional conversation while driving down the Pacific Coast Highway of life, in a sports car, with the top down, hair blowing, with everything on the line.
